LiveEdu are building a library of project-based learning in the world with any topic that began with seven topics of programming, game development, data analysis, design, plus and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and crypto power. The goal is to develop online learning ecosystem that does not rely on decentralized learning theory but a practical career skills.

Generally, a university or College will just choose the course. If someone wants to register in a different program, they should choose different colleges. But it's possible to register these types of programs/courses online.
